DFW Asian American Citizens Council held Awards Banquet

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott was the keynote speaker. He also received a Key Person in Key Places Award. The DFW Asian-American Citizens Council recently held its 11th Anniversary Banquet last September 24. at the Renaissance Hotel in Richardson.

Broadcaster Julie Tam served as host. Awards went to Milton Nee of Raytheon, for Corporation of the Year; Richardson was named City of the Year; Nancy Dinh and Jessie Yuan, Members of the Year; Tina Franco, New Member of the Year; Greater Dallas Korean School, Best Asian Community Service Group Award; Garland Community Multi-Cultural Commission, Friendship Award; Dr. Keh-Shew Lu, You Are Always There for Us Award; Marian Gallemore, Chair's Award; and Milton Nee of Raytheon, President's Award.
