Dear Texas Community Leaders, especially in Houston and South Texas:

Many of you tried to join our teleconference at 8:00 pm last night on the upcoming simultaneous rallies in the Chinese consulates but could not get in. There was a technical snafu on the Access code number and when the teleconference finally happened 35 minutes later, most of you had gone to dinner or made other plans. We apologize for the technical problems. For the benefit of the Houston leaders, we are scheduling another teleconference Thursday evening to discuss the logistical details of the July 8 demonstration in front of the Chinese consulate in Houston.

Last night’s teleconference featured USP4GG leaders Loida Lewis and Rodel Rodis who alternated giving a historical perspective of the Spratley Islands controversy and the rationale behind what we are doing at the Chinese Consulates.
