Synopsis
Ensuring individual economic and social health in the future will necessitate a different level of educational preparation than it has in the past.

The jobs we will see post-recession, both new and existing, will not be those that existed prior to the economic downturn.

With an increased need to engage under-employed and unemployed adults in educational programs and support services, it is imperative that education, social services, and the business community collaborate at much more intimate levels.

This webinar will highlight one community’s success in creating a full-scale community workforce development effort and offer a framework for how this might be replicated in other rural communities.
